Description & Benefits - Our TriDyne Pulpers are designed for batch pulping of clean bulk materials at medium consistency (8.0-12.0 %BD). - Continuous, gradual and smooth acceleration of pulp assures good pumping action without drag, thus eliminating eddies which cause cavitation. - Rotor designed for excellent wear characteristics - The rotor provides a localized turbulence that promotes fiber-to-fiber interaction, which maximizes the defibering effect by means of an intense hydraulic action.
