• Our dilution nozzles are specifically designed for use in the bottom of high density downflow bleach towers to maintain a uniform interface between high and low density zones.
• The retractable nozzle tongue automatically opens when dilution pump is operating. The nozzle tongue closes when dilution shuts off.
• Spring-loaded nozzle sealed with piston and seals for low maintenance and positive shut-off.
• Provides uniform pump-out consistency for process stability and control.
• Remotely activated for ease of operation.
• New design piston arrangement offers a simpler and more durable sliding motion ofperipheral seals in the housing bore, replacing the reverse flexing motion of thediaphragm that promoted fatigue failure.
