Description and Benefits
Installation of steampacking system can increase the production of an individual
digester by 15 to 30% (depending on the size of the digester). Steampacking
system consists of steampacker (one for each digester) and Air Evacuation
system (one for set of digesters) . Air Evacuation system removes the air from
the digester during steampacking, resulting in better liquor impregnation of
cooking liquor into wood chips.
