The advantages of hydraulic loading are to dampen vibrations as well as ensuring a more precise nip control between the jumbo roll and the reel drum.
Our control package has been developed and fine tuned over the years with numerous reel installations. It has the advantage of having a minimum of components and yet offers a very precise control of the nip loading throughout the reeling process.
