The “K” MATE series of Blade Holders provides a versatile design that can be used in many
“non-critical” doctoring positions on the paper machine. The “K” MATE is also completely interchangeable
with most competitive Doctor Blade Holder designs and as such may be easily retro-fitted to an existing
doctor assembly. “Self Kleaning” option available for dryer applications.

Available materials:
• 316 L stainless steel
• Zinc plated carbon steel

The “K” FLEX series of Blade Holders offer a self profiling design used in critical doctoring and sheet removal positions such as:

• Press Granite/Ceramic rolls
• Last take off dryers
• Calender King rolls
• Reel drums

The “K” FLEX HOLDER can be supplied with the following optional features:

• Front seal (Hi Temp)
• Rear seal (Hi Temp)
• Top plate stiffener
• Loading tube (Ultra Hi Temp)

The “K” FLEX HOLDER can be supplied to be adapted to fit a doctor with existing
“K” MATE Holder with the addition of:

• Adaptor
• Turnbuckles
• Levers

“K” FLEX KLEAN can be used in non sheet take-off positions such as:

• Wire rolls
• Twin de-watering Doctors
• Breast roll
• Dryer Doctors

Advantage of “K” Flex Klean is a lower profile holder and that is
also self sealing and easy tube changing.

The “K” CREPE is a ladder-type holder for creping applications on yankee dryers.
