GL&V designs and manufactures felt systems for the dryer section. Our standard felt stretcher is available in two sizes for all machine widths. It has a simple, easy to maintain design that accommodates new or existing felt roll bearing arrangements. The standard loading mechanism consisting of a pneumatic cylinder and cable arrangement provide flexibility of installation as well as a continuous method to protect felt rolls and other components from over stressing due to paper wads and dryer wraps.
